REGULAR - $375 (Membership is pro-rated to $300 from July - September.  All memberships expire December 31st.).  For all individuals who don't qualify for any other category below.

RETIRED - $200
For individuals who have been a CREW member for at least 5 years and worked in commercial real estate for at least 10 years.  They must no longer be working full time.

STUDENT - $200
For students or individuals who graduated from college in the past year who are intending to have a careet in a commercial real estate field.

CIVIC - $200
For individuals who work in a commercial real estate field in local and regional government or other public agencies, such as redevelopment or economic development agencies, and not-for-profit organizations, colleges, etc.

INACTIVE - $280
For individuals who have been a CREW member for at least 2 years and worked in commercial real estate for at least 5 years.  If the member is not currently working (or not currently working in commercial real estate), they can switch their membership status to Inactive and pay a lower rate.  The only limitation is that a member can only have this Inactive status of 2 consecutive years, and then they need to meet the requirements of a regular member.
