Brief Job Description: JTM Construction, a mid-sized, Seattle based General Contractor is seeking a Project Engineer to add to our project team. Additional duties include quantity take off, project billings, tracking and processing submittals, job-cost forecasting, cost control, document control and estimating.

The Maintenance Technician responsibilities include: •HVAC Abilities •Construction, plumbing and painting experience •Work with the management team to assure that the Projects are continuously operating well, is clean and well maintained, and compliant with all applicable code requirements. •Inspect, repair and maintain various business parks, awnings, parking lots, sidewalks and landscaped areas of the project, sprinkler irrigation repair experience necessary. •Effectively manage vendor relationships and ensure quality services are provided at all times. •Sense of urgency required to get tasks completed timely or without being asked •Develop and maintain courteous, respectful, and professional relationships with tenants and management team members. •Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs as needed. •Maintain maintenance schedules, procedures and logs. •Respond to emergency calls (including after hour calls.) •Perform snow & ice treatment/removal as needed. •Maintain the cleanliness of the center including picking up trash daily. •Power wash sidewalks and awnings regularly.
Skills Required for Maintenance Technician: •Minimum five (5) years experience in commercial property maintenance - industrial, office and/or retail buildings. •High school diploma or GED. •Washington State 07 or 07C electrical license, a plus. •Self directed with superior time management skills. •Clean driving record and appropriate and dependable vehicle. Evidence of current liability insurance and valid Washington State driver's license. •Ability to pass background screen. •Ability to read, write and speak English fluently. •Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, perform roof inspections and property inspections on uneven terrain.
Salary Range: competative compensation package offered
